Digital product notice
Oni DMA provides specialized digital firmware and services. Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds are generally not permitted once an order has been processed.
Eligible refund requests
A refund will only be considered under a single specific exception: if the provided Firmware is non-functional, blocked, or ineffective, and our team is unable to provide a working replacement or solution.
- Confirmed technical failure of the firmware that cannot be resolved by support
- Inability of the Oni DMA team to provide a functional replacement for a defective product
Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be permitted for any issues arising from customer-side factors, external payment failures, or personal changes in requirement.
- Any type of payment failure or processing error
- Lack of need for the firmware after purchase
- Customer error or issues within the customer's control
- Any reason originating from the customer's own fault or reasoning
How to request a review
Refund reviews must be requested through our official Discord server. Please open a 'General Inquiry' ticket to begin the process. Note that Oni DMA reserves the right to deny any refund request as the team sees fit.
