Order processing
Fulfillment begins once payment is confirmed. Most digital products are processed within a standard window, though manual review may be required for certain firmware configurations.
Delivery methods
Primary delivery of access instructions and files occurs through our Discord ticketing system or via the customer dashboard where applicable.

Delays and manual review
Orders may be subject to manual review to ensure hardware compatibility. This process is designed to prevent the delivery of ineffective products to unsupported systems.
Completion of fulfillment
Fulfillment is considered complete once the digital files have been dispatched or access to the firmware instructions has been granted to the user.
